Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI CreatorVerse (the "Platform"), operated by TAWAI Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
AI CreatorVerse is a managed marketplace connecting clients ("Clients") with vetted AI and creative professionals ("Creators"). TAWAI Studio actively manages discovery calls, scoping, payments, project flow, and quality assurance.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Creator Certification & Vetting
All Creators are interviewed and approved by TAWAI Studio before joining. We may re-evaluate Creator status at any time based on ratings, conduct, and delivery quality. We make no warranty regarding any individual project outcome.
5. Anti-Bypass Policy
Clients and Creators must communicate, contract, and transact exclusively through the Platform during the engagement and for twelve (12) months after. Sharing personal contact details to circumvent fees is prohibited. We may redact contact information, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that bypass the Platform.
6. Payments, Escrow & Refunds
Project funds are held in escrow and released against milestones agreed in writing. Disputes are reviewed by TAWAI Studio in good faith. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Platform fees are non-refundable once a milestone has been released.
7. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final accepted deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment. Creators retain rights to underlying tools, methods, and unaccepted drafts. Platform branding, software, and content remain the property of TAWAI Studio.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security controls, or using automated scraping without written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to obligations under active engagements.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAWAI Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TAWAI Studio is primarily established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
